Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern bookings made through the Casa NiRa B&B website.
By using the booking system, guests fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking Procedure
The website provides a guided booking system that allows guests to check room availability and submit a booking request.
A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from the property.
Guests are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process.
3. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are intended per room and for the selected period unless otherwise specified.
Any special offers or promotions are subject to the conditions indicated at the time of booking.
4. Tourist Tax
The prices published on the website do not include the tourist tax, where applicable under local regulations.
The tourist tax amounts to:
€1.00 per person, per night
and must be paid directly at the property during the stay.
Any categories of guests exempt under applicable local regulations are excluded from payment.
5. Payment Terms
All reservations made through the website require payment directly at the property upon arrival (check-in).
Unless otherwise communicated by the property, no online prepayment is required.
The property reserves the right to request booking confirmation via telephone or email.
6. Check-in and Check-out
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM;
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Requests for arrival or departure outside these hours must be arranged with the property in advance.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For cancellations made after this deadline, the property reserves the right to apply any charges communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or through any other communication method indicated by the property.
8. No Show Policy
In the event of a no show without prior notice, the guest will be liable for a penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation.
The property reserves the right to apply the conditions specified at the time of booking confirmation.
9. Guest Conduct
Guests are required to behave respectfully towards the property, other guests, and neighboring residents.
Any damage to furnishings, equipment, or common areas is strictly prohibited.
Guests may be held financially responsible for any damage they cause.
10. Liability
The property shall not be liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings left unattended in guest rooms or common areas.
11. Personal Data Processing
Personal data collected during the booking process will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Italian law.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Sassari, Italy.
