Guests can choose from three accommodation options:
The entire apartment, offering exclusive use of all spaces and comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
A Double Room with a double bed;
A Twin Room with two separate beds;
Hospitality and Amenities at Your Disposal
When booking a room, guests enjoy the exclusive use of their private bedroom and adjoining bathroom. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a wardrobe, and complimentary bath towels.
The private bathroom includes all essential facilities, a shower, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer.
Guests also have access to the shared areas of the house, including:
- A spacious entrance hall, which may also be used for the overnight storage of up to two bicycles per room;
- A fully equipped kitchen featuring a coffee machine, microwave oven, conventional oven, stovetop for heating meals, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator (with a dedicated shelf for each room), and freezer;
- A comfortable living and dining area with a large table, television, and sofa;
- An outdoor pergola shaded by grapevines, furnished with a wooden table and benches, providing a pleasant space to relax during the summer season.
During the day, guests may also meet our young Australian Shepherd, a friendly and playful dog who loves human company.
Breakfast
Breakfast is provided as a self-service selection with a variety of options available, including:

Check-in and Guest Registration
After completing a reservation, guests receive access to the ForGuest application, which is used for online guest registration.
Once registration has been completed and any required payment arrangements have been finalized, guests receive a personal access code for the property. This allows independent access to the accommodation while ensuring secure identification of all guests.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is not included in the reservation price and is always clearly indicated during the booking process and within the accommodation offer details.
